This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to: Pratt & Whitney West Palm Beach FL 33410-9600, for commercial items in F117-PW-100 commercial catalog. This notice is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation which will be issued; proposals are being requested and a further written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FD2050-96-R-54260. The document will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through the FAC 90-40. This is not a set-aside. This is a requirements contract for the sole source purchase of spare parts in the F117-PW-100 catalog. The contract will be for one year with four one year options. The spares to be purchased are required for the C-17 Aircraft, F117 engine. Dates and place of delivery will be cited in each order. Requirement is FOB origin. Offer may be submitted on letterhead IAW FAR 52.212-1. FAR 52.212-2 does not apply. Evaluation is based on submission of established catalog and discounts offered. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items must be submitted. FAR clause 52.212.4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or executive order.
