The National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the Laboratory Medicine Department, Blood Bank Division. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced standing order to Kol BioMedical Instruments, Inc to provide Leuko Poor Blood Products for the period 1 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. The following products will be procured: (1) (36 CS) Leuko Poor Filter, PLT Pall PXL8Y (3 CS ea month); and (2) (48 CS) Leuko Poor Filter, RBC Pall RC400T (4 CS ea month). Anticipated award date is 1 Sep 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
