Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station, Washington(NCTSW), intends to award a contract to Black Diamond Network, Inc., on a sole-source basis for support in maintaining Convergent Technologies (CT), Sirius Systems and OFIS software while migrating from Coast Guard Workstation II to Coast Guard Workstation III, expanding the communications capabilities and internet presence of The National Response Center in the context of the USCG/DOT regulations. All responsible sources may submit written responses containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet requirement. A Secret Clearance is required. All responses must be received in writing within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. Quotes may be faxed or in writing to the address specified above to the attention of the Contract Specialist. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA).
