72 -- STEEL STORAGE SHELVING FOR THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES AND RECORDS ADMINISTRATION Sol NAMA-96-S-N8-0007. Due 092696. The National Archives and Records Administration is announcing a solicitation for the procurement of steel storage shelving and all associated supervision, personnel, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to delivery, assemble, and install the steel storage in the Kansas City, Missouri 64050 vicinity. The Government contemplates award of an indefinite-delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum of 2,500 shelving units and 200 shelving end panels; and a maximum of 25,000 shelving units and 2000 shelving end panels. The Government intends to select either shelving ``unit'' that is defined as 14 shelves with the following dimensions: 159'' H X 42''W x 30''D or one that is defined as 15 shelves with the following dimensions: 171''H x 42''W x 30''D shelving classifications: Kind 1 - Plain Shelves, Class 1-Light Loads. Federal Specifications: AA-S-271d-Shelving, Storage and Display, Steel, Interchangeable, Not and Bolt Type (Apr. 14, 1967) and AA-S-1048-Shelving, Storage and Display, Steel, Clip Type (Mar. 10, 1967).
