CORRECTION: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 7/8/96, is amended as follows: The read library does not contain technical data subject to export control. Therefore, prior to review of the library, potential offerors are not required to submit a copy of an approved DD Form 2345, ''Military Critical Technical Data Agreement'', nor are potential offerors required to submit a letter from the Data Custodian designated on that form to authorize access for review of the library. This action is further amended to state that the successful contractor will not receive and/or generate technical data subject to export control in the performance of the contract.
