2098 Gaither Road will be the computer room. The termination box must
be mounted on a vendor provided plywood base. Question #2 - Will the
contract winner need to have county rights-of-way agreements in place
at time of award? Answer #2 - At the time of proposal submission
(August 30, 1996) the offeror shall provide evidence that they have
obtained all approvals (franchise agreements, permits, rights-of-way,
etc.) necessary to complete the project within the 120 day time frame,
or demonstrate the ability to obtain all approvals necessary for
timely project completion. There is also a clarification statement to
the answer provided to Question #1 of Amendment No. 2: Question #1 - Is
redundant routing required? Answer #1 - Path redundancy is desirable
but is not required: If cable is buried or on a structure that supports
conduit and travels the same path, then each segment must be in its own
conduit; or if cable is above ground and not carried on a structure
that supports conduit, ie. utility poles, then separate paths are
required. (0233) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0013 19960821\D-0001.SOL)
