The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Bethesda, MD has a requirement for the Naval Medical Information Management Center, Bethesda, MD. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced order to IBM Corporation for the purchase of hardware, software and contractor services to support the document imaging effort at NMIMC. Contractor is to provide support services'' for the following products: (1) OS/2 WARP Operating System, (2) TCP/IP Communication interface, (3) IP VisualInfo Lib, (4) DB2/2, and (5) Visual Age C++. ``Support Services'' is defined as working with government personnel and assisting with the installation, testing, debugging and tuning of the software products listed above. Period of performance is from award date to 30 Sep 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
