The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform the natural gas system safety survey in Areas A, B and C of Wright-Pattrson AFB OH to include housing and public school areas. Contractor must first locate lines or systems of lines with a pipe and cable locator prior to attempting to locate gas leaks. Contractor must be properly equipped to conduct the gas leak survey and shall have been actively and steadily engaged in this type of work for not less than 10 years with the gas industry. Maps will be provided by the Government. This solicitation will be issued approx 96 Sep 05. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
