The National Naval medical Center has a requirement for the Pulmonary Medicine Division. NNMC intends to award a sole sourced preventive maintenance and service contract to Sensormedics Corporation for the period of 01 Oct 1996 through 30 Sep 1997 to provide maintenance on the following equipment: (1) Plethysmography box, Model 6200, (2) Plethysmography box, Model 2800, (3) PFT Analyzer, Model 2450, (4) PFT Analyzer, Model 2450. (5) Ergometer, Model 800S, (6) Treadmill, Model 2000, (7) Spirometer, Model 2130, (8) Sat-trac, S/N 0913, (9) Metabolic Cart, Model 2900C, and (10) 12 Lead EKG, Model Max-1. Order will include two (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections. Anticipated award date is 1 Sep 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by this agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This action is unrestricted. This procurement action is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and award will be made in the form of a purchase order. Award will be contingent upon availability of FY97 funding.
