Equipment to be included in the SYSTEM ARE: IBG SYSTEMS DISPENSER S/N 93125, IBG SYSTEMS SAMPLER S/N 94119, IBG SYSTEMS AUTO BARCODE READER S/N 93202, IBG SYSTEM INVERNESS READER S/N 91115, IBG Systems Shaker S/N LT945843, Smac Data Computer S/N PD92094, Monitor, and Printer Panasonic KXP-2120. This maintenance contract to include two (2) scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, unlimited emergency service calls, parts, travel and labor for a base period of one (1) year effective 1 Oct 1996 through 30 Sep 1997 with four (4) one year options.
