The Federal of Prisons is soliciting for Dental Assistant services for the Federal Detention Center, 33 N.E. 4th Ave, Miami, Florida. The work schedule will consist of four (4) sessions per week, each session will last seven and one-half ( 7 1/2) hours, not to exceed thirty (30) hours per week. All sessions will be conducted from Monday through Friday. It is anticipated that this will be a multiple award for two (2) positions. The contractor will be responsible for the following: performing chair side dental assisting in operative, prosthetics, periodontics, endodontics, radiology and oral surgery; performing sterilization and disinfection techniques; performing administrative functions to include the filing, scheduling appointments and inventory of supplies.
