R -- MANAGEMENT OF ELECTRONIC TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND TEST DUE 082996. Contact Point, Project Engineer Alex Richardson, 908/247-0900 x5286. The New Jersey Highway Authority (NJHA), New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), and the South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA) hereinafter referred to as ``the Consortium'', are inviting responses from prospective vendors and contractors interested in providing program management services. The program to be managed is a regional Electronic Toll Collection system which is being procured under a separate contract. The Authority anticipates soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms. In order to receive an EOI firms must present evidence of program management for major ($20 Million plus) installation of toll collection hardware. Anticipated initiation of process is August 30, 1996 and EOI's must be submitted no later than 3 p.m., September 11, 1996. Selected firms will be issued an RFP which will be due at the close of business September 26, 1996. (233)
