Furnish rental or charter flight services utilizing airplanes and helicopters for air transportation services used on an intermittent basis by Department of the Interior bureaus, offices and other government agencies. Request for these services are placed as individual transactions and may not exceed $25,000.00. Services will be required at various locations throughout the lower 48 conterminous United States on an as needed basis through calendar year 1997. Vendors are required to be certified under 14 CFR 121 or 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators.
