The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasing (which shall include the general maintenance of the structure), and removal of a new or used relocatable building that ranges between 3,400 to 4,000 square feet to be located west of Building 109 at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The building shall be complete with lighting, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, water fountain, electric power distribution panels, compressed air hookups, telephone hook-ups, restrooms, restroom fixtures, interior walls, windows, doors, floor coverings, fire alarm, and emergency lighting to include exit lighting. The unit shall be no more than 10 years old. The unit shall be clean and in good physical condition, including interior and exterior appearance. The unit shall be in place and ready for use by 1 April 1997. Period of performance for the leasing will be a base period of one year with option for 24 additional months.
