The services include as a minimum, all labor (including driver(s)), transportation, materials, equipment necessary for shuttle bus services on-base. There is approximately twenty-one (21) stops. Hours of operation for this service is 0600-1830, Monday through Friday continuous. A solicitation will be available on or about 19 September 1996 and estimated closing date for receipt of bids is 30 days from date of issuance. The expected award date is on or about 31 October 1996. The term of the contract/performance period for base year is twelve (12) months with two-one year options to extend. Maximum total duration is not to exceed 36 months.
