Underground piping connecting the buildings will also be replaced. The work will include installation of pipe, valves, fittings and automatic hose reels. The amount of pipe is approximately 2,500 LF total length; of the 2,500 LF approximately 350 LF is underground piping. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1711. The size standard for this SIC code is: $7.0 million. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of 20 SEP 96 to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $12.00 for specifications (text only); and $2.00 for half-size drawings. Full size drawings are not available. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE will not be honored. Plans and specifications will be mailed out on or about 30 SEP 96. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
