This is a small purchase set-aside for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES to provide all labor, materials and equipment to DEMOLISH & REPLACE MAINTENANCE BLDG AND PARTS STORAGE BLDG, NAVAL SPACE COMMAND, HAWKINSVILLE, GEORGIA. The project will include the demolition of two buildings and replacement for each. The buildings to be demolished include a 32' x 25', 800 SF enclosed maintenance building with an attached 32' x 25' metal roof overhand and a 13' x 13', 169 SF parts storage building. The buildings are constructed for wood frames with metal roofing and siding. The buildings are constructed of wood frames with metal roofing and siding. The maintenance building replacement will consist of a 1600 SF pre-engineered metal building with an eave height of 12'. The foundation will consist of an additional 800 SF slab on grade with the existing slab to remain in place. The parts storage building replacement will consist of a precast concrete building to be set in place with no additional work expected. Electrical service to the buildings will include a 100 amp panel with a 100 amp main, new feeders properly sized from receiver building, 4-20 amp receptacle circuits, 2-20 amp lighting circuits, 220 volt welding supply and several spares. Associated work will include improving the drainage to include cutting a swale to an existing ditch. The magnitude for this solicitation is between $25,000 and $100,000.
