The work and services to be performed consists of the repair of the regrading of 14.6 acre portion of the spillway to provide weathering protection for key rock layers. 20,000 tons of rockfill will be grouted in place to provide hard armoring in specific erosion areas. The repair will involve the excavation and recompaction of 70,000 cubic yards of shale material. A 1,100 linear foot concrete lined ditch will also be included in the repairs.
