The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to demolish 48 each housing units, remove and dispose of debris by wood, metal, glass, roof insulation and concrete products; remove and cap all utility lines, grub and clear, backfill, turf, seed, and other related work in accordance with the specified requirements. The services are to be performed under a Firm, Fixed-Price type contract. The contract term will be for a period of 9-1/2 months. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Approximate date of availability of plans and specs is on or about 10 September 1996. Availability of the solicitation is limited and will be furnished on a first-come, first-served basis.
