The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of 225 cu. ft. of limestone from the tank, cleaning of the tank, refill tank with new limestone, install a drop tank, and install a concrete pad with retaining wall. This project is being solicitated under simplified acquisition to all interested firms. This solicitation is unrestricted and open to participation to all interested firms. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid and Performance Bonds are not required; however, a Payment Bond will be required after award as specified in the solicitation. Quotes are due 20 September 1996 at 2:00 P.M. at which time they will be privately recorded. Results will be made of the contract award upon receipt of a seperate written request. Solicitations may be picked up in person from building 14, National Naval Medical Center. The solicitation will be available 20 August 1996. There is no charge for plans and specifications; however, only one set per firm will be issued on a first-come first-serve basis.
