This solicitation will contain two proprietary items which are the following: (1) Caroline 510 manufactured by Masters Builders, Inc, formerly the Ceilcote Company for conductive flooring and (2) the DDC System for SIEBE Network 8000 for an Energy Management Program. This project is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is between $500,000 - $1,000,000.
