The work will include all materials, equipment, labor, transportation and supervision to replace two horizontal air handling units, size ranges from 12 to 15 tons. Each A/H is equipped with chill water cooling coils and low pressure steam heating coils. The replacement of piping, control devices, valves, insulation and connection to return and supply ducts is included. Existing insulation on chill water and steam lines have some asbestos materials present. Complete abatement is required by a certified abatement contractor.
