This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N68936-96-Q-4140 and is a request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This RFQ is a small business set-aside. Advanced Telemetry Receiver, Single Band; 1435-1540 Mhz and 1710-1850 Mhz, 4 IF Band Width, Programmable Post-D Filters, FM Sensitivity, AGC Time Constants, AFC/APC, 3 Card Set, Model PCTR-600/L1/L2. Requirements: 1) Provide DOS, Windows, and C drivers for the receiver. 2) Provide an external serial port that operates independently on the PC. 3) Provide software selectable frequency (coarse & fine tuning), IF bandwidths, FM Demodulator Sensitivities, Post-Detect Filter bandwidths, plus bypass, AGC time constants, AFC/APC (on/off), output gain, an optional tape converter center frequency, and AM modulation output for antenna autotracking feedback loops.
