This is a notice of intent to place an order with Motorola for purchase and delivery of the following items: (24 each) System Saber, 1.5 watts power, 403-433 MHX range, standard housing with H223 FM battery, (15 each) Spare Saber FM battery, (24 each) Saber Leather Radio Carry Case, (24 each) Nylon T-Strap for Saber Leather Radio Carry Case. Items must be compatable with existing Motorola Trunked Radio System. Commonality of equipment is critical for interchangeability and to avoid controller and/or operator confusion. Items will be delivered within 60 calendar days after award to the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. Bids will be accepted on an F.O.B. Destination basis only. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered by this agency. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted. Written responses, including GSA contract number, if applicable, prices technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available. If no responses are received by opening date an order will be placed with the above named vendor. Responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs or on the List of Contractors Indebted to the United States or otherwise be ineligible to receive Government contracts.
