The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command is interested in identifying equipment and materials with possible applications in chemical and biological agent-contaminated environments. Of particular interest to the Marine Corps is information on individual protective equipment, to include self contained environmental suits, chemical and biological detection equipment, industrial chemical detection equipment, chemical and biological decontamination equipment, and industrial chemical decontamination equipment. In each case, the equipment identified may have either military or commercial applications, and need not currently be in service in order to qualify for inclusion in a response to this announcement. Information on items under development, as well as information on items currently being sold commercially or to the Government, is equally welcome. No defined requirements currently exist for these types of items, and no solicitations are available. The Marine Corps intends to review all information submitted for consideration in future requirements.
