Contractor shall furnish and deliver Abbott AxSYM and IMx Reagents and Calibrators ''Or Equal'' to the Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Bldg 300, Fort Gordon, GA. This requirement is for a fixed price contract with a base period and four (4) one (1) option periods with an option to extend deliver for six months after contract expiration. Delivery of each item shall be as follows: 1/4 of the total qty of each item shall be delivered by the first monday of Oct, Jan, Apr and Jul of the base year and each option period. Minimum charateristics of the test kits, reagents and calibrators are as follows: 1. shall be suitable for ''In-Vitro'' procedures; 2. shall be approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Human, ''In-Vitro'' Test use. 3. Test kits, reagents and calibrators shall be compatiable for use with all test kits, reagents and calibrators purchased under this contract. 4. Test kits, reagents calibrators shall be compatiable for use with existing automated government owned Abbott AxSYM And IMX Analyzers. 5. At a minimum, all test kits, reagents and calibrators shall have one hundred twenty (120) calendar day shelf life remaining upon acceptance by the government. Delivery shall be FOB destination to Fort Gordon, GA. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination.
