This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a simplified procurement (SAP). The solicitation number is N00168-96-Q-DEFI and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37. This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 3845. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price, technical capability, delivery, and past performance.
