Deliveries to be staggered throughout FY 97. This firm is considered the only supplier capable of meeting all requirements. The solicitation shall be issued in accordance with the procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and the closing date of the resultant RFP shall be 15 days after issuance. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
