This is a notice of intent to place an award with The Angeles Group, Inc. to provide the following services: provide software support personnel, provide new versions of standard software programs as released, repair errors identified as being within the software system, provide modification or enhancements to software, provide training during initial installation of new software versions, repair or replace data, identify and repair or modify software or its data files, provide updates to changes in telephone rates as they apply to rate modules used. Services and supplies must be compatable with existing software. Commonality of services and software is critical for interchangeability. The contract period shall be from 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquires will be accepted. Written responses, including GSA contract number, if applicable, prices, technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the Government is available. If no responses are received by opening date an order will be placed with the above named vendor. Responses must state that the vendor is not currently on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs or on the List of Contractors Indebted to the United States or otherwise be ineligible to receive Government contracts.
