The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a service contract for a Non-Personal Service for a Religious Services Leader. Duties are to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Memphis, TN 38134-7690, and satellite camp, FPC Millington, TN. Services include, but are not limited to, providing services by administering the sacrements and worship associated with a duly ordained and degreed minister of a Protestant demonination. Minimum requirements include a transcript from an accredited seminary and a reference letter from a criminal justice agency that vouchers for his/her religious leadership and work experience in the area of corrections. Also, the contractor must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English), having at least two (2) years of speaking Spanish fluently. This contract will include a base year not to exceed (12) twelve months from date of award. The estimated number of sessions for the base year is 312 sessions, six (6) sessions per week, whereby one (1) session equals five (5) hours. It is anticipated this solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements type contract. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
