Coverage includes both preventive and remedial maintenance. In addition, parts must be used from government inventory or purchased and installed when not in government inventory. Outside of Principle Period of Maintenance must also be performed upon notice of the government. Over 50 pieces of equipment are located at the Defense Mapping Agency Defense Mapping School, 5825 21st Street, Suite 119, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The requirement is for mandatory 8 hour on-site weekday coverage at this Fort Belvoir site. Over 80 pieces of equipment are located at the Defense Mapping Agency Ruth Building, 6001 MacArthur Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20816-5003. The requirement is for mandatory 12 hour on-site weekday coverage at this Ruth Building site. Collateral Secret Clearance is required for on-site contractor personnel as well as U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to read and speak fluent English. The contract is contemplated to be firm fixed price for one base year and three option years.
