Powell, Contracting Officer (804) 445-4509; FAX (804) 445-1761 Under contract N00189-92-C-0147, the Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MRI Center of Hampton Roads, 5357 Henneman Drive, Norfolk, VA 23513 to extend the contract performance time: Contractor to start work at 0700 in lieu of 0730, continue performance until 2300 in lieu of 1700 and to perform additional services during those hours on Saturday and Sunday for a period of thirty (30) working days. This additional services shall commence 23 August 1996 or soon thereafter and continue for a thirty days period. The additional services are required by the Naval Medical Center, Radiology Department, Portsmouth, VA. All other contract (N00189-92-C-0147) terms and conditions will remain the same. (0234)
