Provide electronic and telephonic assistance in marketing for U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) acquired properties for the Chicago HUD Office Real Estate Owned (REO) Housing Management Branch. The contract period is one year with no options to extend the term of the contract. The contractor shall furnish the necessary services, personnel, materials, equipment, insurance, and facilities necessasry to accomplish the task. The contract will cover the geographic area of the State of Illinois. The contractor will distribute HUD property listings, sales results, and updates to the REO Branch and announcements to the Real Estate industry. The information will be disseminated by fax, Internet, World Wide Web, telephone, and other methods necessary to keep the industry current on the status of REO inventory. The contractor will maintain a customer service and interactive voice response system that will have access to current information about the REO Acquired Homes Program and status of current inventory of HUD homes for sale. These services will be accessible to the public and broker community via 800 numbers established by the contractor. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice and the RFQ due date will be on or about 25 days from the date of this notice. The RFQ number is H05Q96020600000. The RFQ is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures and its value shall not exceed $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7331.
