R. Johnson/TeleFax (619)830-6353. The contractor will be required to provide or obtain professional expertise in all pertinent disciplines of conducting survey/assessment consulting services. These services may include: review existing data collected by Quality Management Boards (QMB), review of survey instruments and collection methods and suggest improvements, collection of additional data through re-administration of modified survey and data, conduct training in interviewing techniques and analysis of survey responses, and implementation and monitoring the effectiveness of improvement actions. Any or all of the above services may be required during the period of the contract. Services are requested for the period 01 October 1996 through 31 March 1997. Services are to be completed at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. This is an unrestricted procurement.
