R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR THE NEW YEAR'S EVE BOWLING SOL SVS-SCS-82-96. Due 120196. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5823, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for our New Year's Eve Bowling to be held, 31 Dec at the Polar Bowl. Participation will be limited to 200 bowlers who will receive hats, party favors, and food. We are looking for items suitable for major prize drawings. We also would like items associated with bowling to be used in giveaways to participants, such as bowling shoes, bags and balls. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending upon the sponsor and what he can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 01 Dec 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (233)
