The General Services Administration is seeking sources to provide services for an ISO 9000 registrar for the auditing of the GSA, Property Management Central Office; Quality System for conformance to the ISO 9001 quality standard. The Contractor shall be a Registrar accredited through the American National Accreditation Program for Registrars of quality Systems as administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Registration Accreditation Board (RAB). The scope of this accreditation shall include the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC code) 9199 for General Government, and (SIC code) 6512 for Operators of Nonresidential Buildings. The organization to be audited is a property management organization, and registrars shall be certified and have experience with a service, as opposed to a manufacturing environment. Prospective vendors are to provide qualifications, accreditations, experience, assessment process, pre-assessment meeting and audit, registration audit, surveillance audits and registration knowledge.
