Provide all labor, material and equipment required for the Roof Replacement at the Jersey City International & Bulk Mail Center located at 80 Country Road, Jersey City, NJ 07097-9998 in Hudson County, Work will include, but not be limited to the replacement of the roof. The project may be shut down in the Winter months when weather conditions drop below 40 degrees and remain there for an extended period of time. Contractor will receive an extension of time for this delay, but no additional compensation will be given. Contractor to provide Certification of Insurance indicating all coverages and limits. Cost range is $3,500,000.00 to $4,250,000.00. The successful Contractor must have General Construction Experience and must complete the following along with his proposal: Contractor's Qualification Statement, Manufacturer's Qualification Statement and Scheduled of Unit Prices and Alternates, (forms included in solicitation package).
