Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments,Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will provide services to repair, test, and/or evaluate the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Sections, Peculiar Support Equipment(PSE), and HARM Assemblies. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
