A total of 14 sampling trips to both lakes shall be taken commencing April 1 and ending November 17, 1997. On these trips in-situ hydrolab data, chemical and biological data shall be collected. Period of performance shall be for a base year with options for four additional years. IFB DACW57-96-B-0029 will be available on or about September 17, 1996 at no cost. Tentative bid opening date is October 17, 1996. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for the preceeding three years not in excess of $5 million.
