Technical support services are required in the area of information systems, and data communications, with a wide and diverse range of activities including: Technical studies, Economic and comparative analyses, Information systems analysis, design, development, documentation, testing, implementation, and continuing maintenance, Local area network (LAN), office automation (OA), and wide area network (WAN) planning, design, engineering, and implementation, Network Security and microcomputer training, system configuration, troubleshooting and repair. FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia contemplates the award of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity, Cost plus Fixed Fee contract. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of twelve months with four (4) twelve month renewal periods.
