Service shall include monthly recurring cost on telephone switch and growth/cost of follow-on service including: single-line telephones; multi-line telephones; telephone/data jacks; telephone accessories; main station line cards; trunk/special cards; T-1 access and equipment; console position; cable/wire (per foot) installed; software moves and miscellaneous. Firms must be familiar with and be able to work on Nortel SL-1 base system with upgraded Meridian 2000 secondary system. Bids shall be solicited for the period beginning November 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with two (2) one-year option renewals.
