Hayden, Phone 717-228-5939, FAX 717-228-5936, Additional contact Ruthann Flentge, 717-228-5938 This request for proposal to provide service metering and primary switching cabinet and controls to handle power supplied from the 480 volt, three phase power transformer set to provide power for the chiller section of the utility plant. this section shall contain voltmeter to show voltage from A-B, A-C, B-C and each leg to ground. this section shall also show amperes per leg and a totalizing meter of electricity used. this section will in turn provide power to a new motor control center to replace our present MCC10, total motor control center capacity shall be 2500 amp, three phase, four wire, 480 volt with 42,000 amp bus bracing . Main switchboard rating shall be 4000 amp, three phase, four wire, 480 volt. Main switching section will provide sufficient space to accommodate panel 1 PA which is 120/208 three phase which is feed from existing transformer. All equipment provided will be in accordance with specification sections provided and the electrical one showing required motor starters to be contained in new motor control center. All new starters shall be ''Soft'' start and maximum energy efficient design.
