Solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement. FAR Clauses 52-212-1, 212-3, 212-4 and 212-5 apply. Provide artificial limbs and repair services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216. The requirement is for furnishing and repairing fabricated artificial limbs. Contract period will be on or about November 1, 1996 through October 31, 1997 with two options to renew for a period of one year each. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 9/13/96. Proposal due date will be on or about 10/14/96. Requests for this package must be sent in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.
