She can be reached at Area Code (612) 370-2109 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Otis, Massachusetts, intends to acquire an estimated 600 cases each of 6-oz. thermal formed polystyrene cups and paper lids for cups; 1,000 per case. This contract will be for a 1-year period. Deliveries to be within 30 days after issuance of delivery orders. Samples must be provided with bids. A fixed price requirements contract. F.O.B. destination. The solicitation to be released on or about September 23, 1996.
