The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a supply contract for the acquisition of Folger Adams Security brand locks and keys. This will be a sole source contract due to the security maintenance required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. In accordance with FAR 6.3, Other than Full and Open Competition, A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been approved. The locks are needed to replace existing locks on existing doors located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan.
