STATEMENT OF WORK: Response time of 4 hours; Primary Period of Maintenance (PPM) 24 hours, 7 days per week for Toll Free Telephone/Consulting Service as well as In-person repairs. PPM can be changed by the Govt with 7 days written notice to the contractor. Downtime for each incident reported to contractor shall not be greater than 5 working days. Hardware Service: Repair parts must be shipped by contractor within 2 working days. Customer will send defective part to vendor within 15 days of receipt of repair part, or be billed for defective part at current prices. Software Service: 4 hr response time with diagnostic testing via modems is required. Contractor agrees to debug and correct all software problems that do not conform to Citations written documentation. For software licensed from Citation, the contractor agrees to provide to customer, at no charge, all updates having general release, provided that customers existing hardware configuration meets the software configuration requirements. If the updates and/or corrections cannot be loaded by the contractor into the system via modems, then the customer agrees to install all updates and/or corrections if forwarded in the form of a tape or floppy disk. Due to the fact that the contractor will have access to personal-in-nature information, Contractor personnel may be subjected to a National Agency Check (NAC).
