For the period of 01 October 1996 through 31 March 1997, the 22nd Medical Group requires a gynecological surgeon(s) to perform specific ambulatory surgery procedures. Additionally, the surgeon(s) shall be available for consultation while conducting clinic at the 22nd Medical Group. Each patient referred for surgery will receive the appropriate number of pre-operative consultations, which will be scheduled by the 22nd Medical Group. Scheduling as mentioned above will be done by 22nd Medical Grup personnel who will attempt to consolidate all consultative and pre/post operative appointments on the afternoon that surgeries are conducted. All supplies, equipment and support personnel will be provided by the 22nd Medical Group, to include a CRNA. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8011.
