RADTKE, CONTRACTING OFFICER, (202) 767-7981 11 CONS/LGCX intends to procure non-personal services to provide a variety of mediation/mentor services for the SAF/GCQ. Mediation/Mentor services shall include and as further defined in the Statement of Work (SOW): 1) Selection of the appropriate dispute resolution professional; 2) Familiarization with the case file/history of the parties to the process and the issues to be negotiated; 3) Contact with each of the parties and/or their representatives or counsel to explore the needs of each party and to design an appropriate mediation proceeding; 4) Facilitating information sharing between the parties and the Air Force in futherence of the settlement process; and, 5) Debriefing of Air Force mediators about the strategy and tactics behind the methods used by the mediator in providing the services specified above.
