The work will include but is not limited to demolition, rough and finish carpentry, minor interior concrete work, termite protection, minor millwork, batt insulation, doors and door frames, interior windows and window frames, finish hardware, gypsum wall board, ceramic tile, suspended acoustical ceiling, resilient base, vinyl composition floor tile, carpet, toilet partitions and accessories, major plumbing work, electrical work, and mechanical work, and incidental related work at MCAS, Yuma, AZ. This solicitation is not 100% set aside for small business. Standard Industrial Code is 1542. Small business size standard is $17 million. A limited number of bid packages, one set of specifications and half size plans, will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis.
