The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a quotation for a Fixed-Price Construction Purchase Order to include providing and installing essential emergency exhaust equipment for the platemaking and engraving shops at the Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The estimated award amount for this project is under $50,000.00. Quotation requests should reference the quotation number WCF96-010. All requests should state the firm's size status (i.e., Large, Small, Minority, or Women-Owned). This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 1. Work includes, but is not limited to, installing a fume exhaust fan/hood system for the removal of lacquer paint and soldering fumes, and to install a fume hood/exhaust fan system for the removal of chloroform, hydrochloric acid, alcohol and varsol fumes.
